Please read carefully. •If you wish to CANCEL your appointment, you will need to give AT LEAST 48 hours' notice before your appointment. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged HALF of your service cost. NO EXCEPTIONS!!! •If you have booked an appointment AFTER service hours, you will be required to pay a $20 fee. •If you are LATE, you will have a 15-minute grace period. After 15 minutes, you will be required to pay a LATE FEE of $15. If you are 20+ minutes late, your appointment will be CANCELLED, and you will be charged HALF of your service cost. •NO CALL NO SHOWS WILL NOT be tolerated. If it is your first time, you will be required to pay your FULL service cost. If it is your second time, you will be BANNED from booking with me. (AFTER 30 MINUTES IF I HAVE NOT HEARD FROM YOU, YOU ARE A NO-SHOW)
