Cancellation, Rescheduling, & other policies If you wish to cancel your appointment you must do so within 48 hours to avoid a 50% cancellation fee. Same day rescheduling will also be treated as a cancellation and be charged a 50% cancellation fee. (No exceptions will be made.) Continuous rescheduling after 3 times without making it to an appointment will result in being banned from booking. A 15 minute grace period will be given, after 15 minutes a $15 late fee will be charged. If you are more than 20 minutes late your appointment will be cancelled and a 50% cancellation fee will be charged. No-Shows will not be tolerated and a 100% charge will be charged. After the second time, you will be banned from booking. After 30 minutes with no response, you are considered a No-Show.
